Peacefully at Victoria Hospital, on Wednesday, November 10, 2021, in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of Gordon Shaw. Loving mother of Richard (Lin) Shaw, Deborrah Shaw, Gregory Shaw, and Stuart (Karen) Shaw. Cherished grandmother of Christopher (Angela) Haldane, Ian (Jesse) Haldane, Mason (Makenzie) Shaw, and Griffin Shaw; and great-grandmother of Zoey Haldane. Dear sister of James McAree. Also missed by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family. Predeceased by her brother, Tom McAree, her sister and brother-in-law, Patricia (Eual) Carter. A private family service will be conducted at Westview Funeral Chapel, 709 Wonderland Road North, London. A public service will be held at a later date. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Margaret are asked to consider The Salvation Army.

Timothy McAree She could brighten the day with the sound of her voice or the twinkle in her eyes. Her laughter was contagious. She did so much to keep our extended family together. We already miss her dearly.
