MONKHOUSE, Ruth Ellen

Passed away peacefully at the Guelph General Hospital on
Sunday, November 7, 2021, in her 94th year.
Predeceased by her husband Francis Monkhouse (1998). She leaves behind
her children: Debra (Elwood) Briese, Donna (Harvey Hazard)
Monkhouse, Bruce (Chantal) Monkhouse, and Barbara (Kirk) Piper. Proud
grandmother of Richard, Jeffrey and Victoria Briese, Melissa and
Jessica Monkhouse and Gary Piper; great grandmother of 6 and great
great grandmother of 5. Dear sister of Yvonne Knight. Fondly
remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brothers
Robert, Leroy and Cyril and her sister Elizabeth Hargrave. The family
would like to thank the staff of 4 East Guelph General Hospital and
the staff and residents of Stone Lodge.
Cremation is taking place. A graveside service will be held
at Woodlawn Memorial Park on Friday, November 12, 2021, at 11:00 a.m.
All are welcome Memorial contributions to the
charity of your choice would be appreciated.
