Billy Ray was called home unexpectedly by the Creator on October 27, 2021 in Toronto, Ontario.
He is predeceased by his mother, Cheryl Windigo; sister Melissa Manitopyes. Billy Ray is survived by his partner Stormie Selensky-Wolfe and daughters Mikiya Manitopyes, Raelynn Wolfe; father Joseph Ernest Manitopyes (Charmaine); mother Brenda Oochoo, sisters Destiny Manitopyes, Twila Manitopyes (Michael), Shayleen Manitopyes, Raylene Manitopyes, Isabella Wolfe, Sonja Windigo, Ashton Windigo, Ariel Windigo (Kevin); and brothers Curtis Severight and Brett Wolfe.
Wake will be held Thursday, November 11, 2021 at 4 pm in the band hall of the Muskowekwan First Nation, SK. Funeral service will be held the following day, Friday, November 12, 2021 at 11 am in the same location. Covid-19 protocols will apply. Interment in the Muskowekwan first Nation Cemetery.
