Obituary
John Stanton Danyluk
February 21, 1957 – November 4, 2021
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of John Danyluk on November 4, 2021 while surrounded by his family. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend.
John will be forever loved and remembered by his wife Frances, children Mike (Robbyn) and Stephanie (Tyler); grandchildren Ethan, London and Hallie; brother Jamie (Cynthia) and nephew Connor. Remembering John will also be his extended family, many dear friends, hockey and golf teammates. John was predeceased by his parents Jim and Joan Danyluk.
John was born in Edmonton but lived in Wetaskiwin most of his life. He loved his family more than anything and cherished spending time with his kids and grandkids. He loved to play unlimited rounds of golf with Fran or his friends, go camping, fishing and play hockey with the many teams he had over the years. He was a social butterfly who always knew how to have a good time.
Due to the current restrictions, a private celebration of John’s life is being arranged by the family. In lieu of flowers, donations in John’s memory may be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation or the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation.
