Died peacefully on Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at Hospice Georgian Triangle at the age of 96. Isabelle was predeceased by her much beloved husband, John. She will be both missed and fondly remembered by her step children Jim (Kathy), Susan (Michael), her step grandchildren Joel, Kristin, and Lauren and by her great grandchildren Madeleine, Olivia and Ray. She will be remembered by the extended family Des, Bernice and Ed and her many friends from the Raglan Village where she has happily spent the last 7 years. Isabelle lived many years in Montreal after emigrating to Canada from Germany in 1962, before moving to Collingwood in 1988. Florida was another much loved place of Isabelle’s; there will be many there who will also miss her. Arrangements entrusted to Chatterson Funeral Home, Collingwood. A memorial service will be held in the spring for her family and a small gathering of friends. Remembrances of Isabelle may be made to “The Isabelle White Charitable Trust Fund”.
