Cecilia Ann Violet (Heughan) Taylor
May 26, 1940 – October 18, 2021
Cecilia 81, passed away on October 18, 2021, in London, Ontario….at Mount Hope Long Term Care Centre.
She is survived by her Son Bradley of Sherwood Park Alberta, & her daughter Susan of London Ontario, her Grandchildren Sandra & Richard & Robert & Brittany & Jarrett Taylor …. Carly & Adrian & Anna Holyk, her Great-Grandchildren Amelia, Jacob, Juliet & Lily….and her sister Eleanor Disley.
Cecilia was pre-deceased by her husband Burton Percy Taylor of Napan Bay, New Brunswick in 2003, her mother and father, Christina & Cecil Heughan of Pictou Nova Scotia….and 2 grandchildren, Christina and Gillian Holyk.
She grew up in Pictou Nova Scotia, then moving to Ontario in 1959 where she met Burt and raised a family in Kitchener, then Edmonton. She returned to Ontario in 2015 living with in London.
When her health declined, she moved the Mount Hope Long Term Care Centre in London……being wonderfully cared for by the nursing and care staff.
Memorial donations may be made in her name to the Alzheimers Society of Canada alzheimer.ca/en Mont Hope Centre for Long Term Care www.sjhc.london.on.ca

  1. My deepest sympathies go out to the family. Ceal was a great friend to have and we spent a lot of time together over the years and I have missed not being able to contact her with her illness. Hugs Laurie
