After a long, hard-fought battle with Cancer, at St. Joseph’s’ Hospice, London on Sunday, October 3, 2021 at the 64 with family by her side. Beloved wife of Harry Foster of almost 20 years. Proud mother of Isaac and Vickie Murphy of Gibson, BC, Shannon Murphy (Kevin) of Duncan, BC, Jaylene Barker (Kyle) of St. Thomas, Brittany Rogers (Cody) of Lucan, and Brad Foster (Sam) of St. Marys. Loving “Grandma Wendy” of Jake, Payton, Enzo, Duncan, Brayden, and Jocelyn. Dear sister of Dianne Finlayson of Frankford, ON, Patsy Day of St. Marys, Bill Collins of Goderich, Rick Collins of Olds, AB, Linda Willemse of St. Thomas, Ellen Blais of Toronto, and Kelly Monteith of London. Wendy will be sadly missed by her canine companion Daisy, the Foster family, and all of her many friends who she loved so dearly. She will be long remembered for her legacy of kindness, generosity, and compassion.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of Wendy’s life will take place at a later time. Donations to St. Joseph Hospice, London would be appreciated by the family.
