“David” Wayne Harding
1949-2021
Peacefully, with his daughter and wife by his
side, David Harding passed away at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on
Friday Oct 1st, 2021
at the age of 72. Loving husband of Cathy MacDonald and
beloved father to Jamie (Billy Mackendrick) and Darcy MacDonald. Also
survived by grand children Nathan ,Angelina, Olívia, Sofia,
Nicolas; special niece Tayler (Bennett) MacDonald and special friends
Jerry and Bill.
David
was well known to many as being a gentle man that loved having people
stop by to enjoy a few hours of chatting about anything at all.
Everyone knew David would be in his chair ready to greet anyone that
knocked, with a big smile on his face and Chloe by his feet.
David is survived by brothers, sisters and in-laws Joan, Marie
(Norman), Gail (George), Sandy, Ida, Judy, Bobby, Lynda (Al), David,
Sandra (Lorne), Donna (Rick), Randy (Audrey), Nancy (Philip) and many
nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his parents Florence (Somers) and
James Harding; mother and father-in- law Hazel and Shanty MacDonald;
brothers and sister Dianne, Darryl (Red), Jimmy, Erroll, and sister
in-law Diane Harris.
No visitation or funeral service by personal
request. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
