Obituary
Unexpectedly passed away at home in Napanee on Wednesday, September 8, 2021. Charles Evert Hermer formerly of Enterprise at age 73. Beloved husband of Marilyn Hermer (nee Corbin) and dear father of Charlyn Cormier (Mike Cadieux) and Jason Hermer (Catherine). Grandfather of Dylan Cormier (Amanda), Tamara Ellis and Abigail Hermer and great-grandfather of Mya Anglin. Will also be sadly missed by Abigail’s mother Karen McMullen and Dylan’s father Steven Cormier. Brother of Roger (Karen); Muriel (Jim); Leo (Janice); Kenny (Orlanda); Norman (Donna); and Sharon (Bim). Predeceased by his parents Charles and Evangeline Hermer late of Ardoch and by his siblings Elva Shanks and Mary Hermer. A private family gathering and service will be held on Monday, September 13. Memorial donations made to Stone Mills Fire Departments (cheques payable to Stone Mills Township) would be appreciated by the family. In the care of Hannah Funeral Home, in Napanee 613-354-3341.
