Saunders, Leila Ann (nee Jackson) 1936 – 2021
Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at the Extendacare Unit of the in Welland Hospital at the age of 86. Predeceased by her beloved husband Ian (2002) and son Glen (2013). Lovingly missed by sons Allan and Stan (Donna). She will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren Karly, Brianne, Andrea, Amy and great grandmother of Jesse and Kaitlin.
The memorial service to honour Leila’s life will take place at the funeral home on Friday, September 17th beginning at 11:00 am. Visitation will take place 1 hour prior to the service (10 – 11am). Interment will follow at Maple Lawn Cemetery in Wainfleet. Those that wish to attend the service please call the funeral home at 905-892-5762 to reserve a seat. The service can also be viewed via the funeral home’s Facebook page the day of the service at 11:00 am. Masks and social distancing are required for those attending.
