Obituary for Jean Fisher
Passed away peacefully at Hamilton General Hospital, with her family by her side. Beloved wife of the late George Fisher (1974). Loving mother of Beverly Jean (the late Richard), Donna Stewart (Wayne), Wendy Lazar (John), George Fisher (Anna), Judy Berlingeri (Tony) and John Fisher (Jen). Jean was a very special grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to her extended family, and all those whose lives she touched. She was a member of the Geritol Follies for many years, and a volunteer at the Seniors’ Centre at the YWCA.
Jean’s love for her family was extraordinary and she was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed her.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
