Obituary of Wilhelm Eber
EBER, Wilhelm John – passed away peacefully at home on January 10, 2021 at the age of 91 years.
Willie Eber of Cobden, reunited with his beloved wife Emma Eber (nee Fischer). Cherished father of the late Mary-Ann Brown (Pat), Ingrid Eber-Hoffer (Ronald), John Eber (Laurie) & Bernie Eber. Opa to Jeremy Brown & Jon Eber (Krystal); Amanda Romeis (Christopher) & Lance Hoffer; Lorrissa Splaine (Matt) and Emily Clarke (Jeff). Great-grandfather to 9 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents and brother Helmut.
Respecting Willie’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held in the spring for Willie & Emma at Zions Kirche (Old Mt. Zion United Church, Barron Canyon Road), followed by interment of ashes in the parish cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the Malcolm, Deavitt & Binhammer Funeral Home.
