Obituary of Harriet Marie O’Neal
O’Neal, Harriet Marie – 85, of Bridgetown, passed away peacefully on August 28, 2021, in Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Born in Hampton, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Mabel Ellen (Mitchell) Fash. Harriet was a hard worker; was an assistant cook at the Bridgetown Motor Inn; she loved to cook and give it away to be a blessing to others. She was a good listener and supporter who never knew the impact she had on so many. Always willing to help out even when she did not feel well. She enjoyed playing with the Bridgetown Fiddlers. She is survived by her daughter, Beverly, (Ernie) Marshall; sons, Brian and Stephen (Lauralee); grandchildren, Jessica Clayton; Delaney O’Neal and Brenna O’Neal; sisters, Jean Myles and Wilma Stoddart. Predeceased by her husband, Earle (2012). A visitation will be held 10 am Tuesday, August 31, 2021, with a funeral service at 11:00 am, in Bridgetown Baptist Church. Pastor Herb Anderson officiating. Covid 19 restriction will be followed. Burial will follow in Hampton Cemetery. Donations in memory may be made to the Bridgetown Baptist Church.
