After a short hospital stay, Tom passed peacefully with his family by his side in his 85th year. Predeceased by his parents, Omer and Evelyn (Scissons) Murphy, brothers Raymond and Charles and sister Doreen Clarke. He leaves behind his loving wife of 51 years, Dianne (Hammill), daughters Susanne (Ivan) and Janet. He was also loved and will be remembered by many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the PSW’s for all their care at home and the staff of the ICU at the Queensway Carleton Hospital for all their care and support. Due to COVID-19 a funeral mass will be held in the spring. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
