William Gordon Bill Dunn 1954 2021

Obituary of William Gordon Dunn
The world lost one of the best on August 23, 2021. Bill passed away at the age of 67 after a short, but courageous battle with cancer. He will forever be remembered by his loving wife and best friend Joyce (Lang). Bill loved his three children so very much; Courtney, Derek, and Lindsay (Justin). He is survived by his sisters, Janet, Gwyn (Richard), Sheila and Norma (Bob); as well as many extended family members. He was predeceased by his mother Dorothy Dunn, father Gordan Hayes and stepfather Victor Dunn.
Bill was an incredible person. He was kind, generous and compassionate, yet remarkably strong. His infectious smile and laugh lit up every room he was in. He was a devoted husband, father, friend and family member. He loved his family more than anything.
Bill enjoyed a long and enjoyable career with Sasktel, where he made some of his closest friends. He was a passionate Boston Bruins and Saskatchewan Roughriders fan who enjoyed spending his days on the golf course and spent his life loving every moment.
The family would like to thank the nurses at the Regina Pasqua Hospital Palliative Care Team and the nurses on 3B. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to be made to the Regina Pasqua Hospital Palliative Care Unit or the Saskatchewan Patient Transfer Services ( www.spts.ca/ )
A Celebration of Bill’s Life will be held at St. Mark’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 3510 Queen St, Regina, SK., on Friday August 27, 2021 at 1:00 p.m.
