Bathurst – Mrs. Helen Couture, of King Ave., Bathurst, passed away on Sunday August 15, 2021, at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, at the age of 69.
Born in Sullivan, Abitibi, QC, she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Sophie (Latusek) Siemieniuch.
She is survived by her only daughter, Debbie Colborne (Jason) of Bathurst. One grandson, Brandon.
Her friend, Robert Lavigne of Bathurst.
Two brothers: Maurice Siemieniuch (Anita) and Eddie Sienieniuch (Lana Chater) both of Ontario.
Two sisters: Monica Michaud (Pat) of Ontario and Annie Reagan (Rocky Rodgers) of Florida.
Nieces and nephews: Donna, Maxine, April, Amy, René, Stanley and Johnathan.
Besides her parents, she was pre-deceased by three brothers: John, Stanley and Paul.
The family would like to thank the 2nd West and Palliative Care Unit of the Chaleur Regional Hospital for the care given to Helen.
There will be no visitation or funeral service. Donations in memory of Helen may be made to a charity of the donors choice. Arrangements are in the care of Elhatton’s Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.
