FARNHAM, Gregory Michael
May 1, 1950 – August 6, 2021
Passed away on August 6, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Catherine (nee Busuttil) for over 48 years. Loving father of Michael (Nadia) and Mitchell (Samantha). Cherished grandfather of Aiden. Dear son of Waldo Farnham, Ruth and Bob Scaddan and Son-in-law of Joseph and Patricia Busuttil. Dear brother to Brian (late Ruthann), late Larry Sellon and Lynne, Karen and Charlie Simpson, Valerie and Bob Oltean, Dennis and Brenda, Jeff and Penny, Gerry, Connie and Jerry Czajkowski, Sam Busuttil, Josephine and Marcel Hinse, Frank (late Irene), Carmen and Wayne Hudson, Anna Charbonneau, Aloysia Dolman (late Rob). Loved by many nieces and nephews. Greg was employed at Chrysler Canada. He was a coach for the Special Olympics (Summer Games 2006 Ontario Soccer Team), Founder of Tristar, Past President of the Optimist Club, Jr. Billiard Instructor, Goodfellows, Brentwood Alumni, master pool player, avid golfer, sponsor and mentor to many individuals in recovery. He was involved with Retrouvaille and Beloved. Greg had a gift to mentor many individuals, and the ability to look at life in a positive manner, no matter what challenges were in front of him. Greg’s biggest asset was to live in the moment and take one step at a time. If you so wish, donations may be made to Brentwood Recovery Home, Second Chance ministry or Special Olympics LWSO. Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E., 519-253-7234 on Wednesday, August 11, from 2 pm – 5 pm and 7 pm – 9 pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at 11 am at St. Anne’s Parish (12233 Tecumseh Rd E). There is a livestream link for the Mass, please refer to the Ste.
