Peacefully, with her family by her side on Thursday, July 29, 2021 at her home in Cobourg, Shirley Longhurst (nee McDonnell) at 79 years of age. Loving wife of the late Patrick Longhurst. Dear mother of Paul Longhurst. Cherished grandmother of Tara (Patrick) and Michael and great-grandmother of Jack, Henry, and Kiera. Predeceased by her grandsons Timothy and Lucas. At Shirley’s request there will be no service. Interment of cremated remains will be with her husband at the Columbarium of Cobourg Union Cemetery. If desired, in memory of Shirley, donations to the Lung Health Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
