Ronald Allen Porter of Omemee Ontario passed away with his wife by his side at home at the age of 71.
Ron was the loving husband of Louise. Loving son of the late George and Mildred Porter. Devoted and loving father to Theresa (Jeff) Pembleton and Christine (Jonathan) Smith. Cherished Grandpa of Zoey, Emily, Tianna, and Joshua. Brother of Gaele (late Bill) Wilkie, Reed (Leslie) Porter, Marva (Stephen) Gardner. Brother in law of Georges (Wendy) Ouellette. Ron is predeceased by his sister Karen and brother Larry. Ron will be remembered by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of Ron’s life will be held at a later date at Ron and Louise’s home.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Diabetes Foundation would be appreciated.
