Lorraine Ruby Glidden
(May 4, 1927 – July 23, 2021)
Lorraine Ruby Glidden of Camrose, Alberta, passed away on Friday, July 23, 2021 at the age of 94 years.
Left to cherish her memory are her son Don (Karen) of Wetaskiwin, grandchildren Kevin (Carroll) of Camrose, Kim (Kirsten) of Sooke, British Columbia, and Kyle (Mila) of Sherwood Park; ten great-grandchildren; and siblings Delores Bruce of Camrose and Leon “Bud” Olson of Edmonton.
Lorraine was predeceased by her husband Walter and brother Larry Olson.
Her funeral will be held on Saturday, July 31 from 2:00 PM at the Camrose United Church, 4829 – 50 Street, Camrose. Please note that masks are required at Camrose United Church. Interment will take place in the Camrose Valleyview Cemetery.
If family and friends so desire, memorial contributions in Lorraine’s memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, the Kidney Foundation of Canada, or to the Camrose United Church.
