We regret to announce the death of Miss Isobel Stevenson, suddenly, on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at North Centennial Manor at the age of 88. Isobel was a devoted teacher who had a long career teaching and mentoring three generations. She enjoyed gardening, travelling, arts and crafts and was a superb cook. She will be missed dearly by her two brothers: Ian of Kapuskasing and Roy of Prescott; one nephew: John Stevenson of Kapuskasing, two nieces: Suzanne Lambert of Brockville and Lynne Stevenson of Kapuskasing, three great-nieces: Fiona, Molly and Breagh; as well as her best friend: Barbara Scott of Parry Sound. She was predeceased by her parents: Sarah and Alexander Stevenson of Kapuskasing. The family would like to thank the staff of North Centennial Manor for the years of excellent care provided to Isobel.
A memorial service will be held at the Kapuskasing Cemetery at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations to North Centennial Manor or Help Age Canada would be greatly appreciated. ©
