Reynolds, Helen Jean (July 1, 1927 – July 11, 2021) –
With deep sadness, but much joy for the many years together the family of Jean (Walker) Reynolds announces her peaceful passing on July 11th, 2021, at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital. Jean will be missed by her loving and devoted husband, Verne, her sister, Ruth, her children Ken (Darlene), Nancy, Marlene (Scott), grandchildren Lee-Ann (Matthew), Allison (Eric), the great-children whom she adored Ethan, Connor, Bennett, Aslyn, and Parker and numerous nieces and nephews. Jean joins daughter Mary Helen predeceased in 1963.
At Jean’s request cremation has taken place. Private family inurnment will take place in the Forest Lawn Cemetery, London. A celebration of her life will take place in the Avondale United Church, at a date to be announced in the future. All who knew Jean are invited to offer their support and care by sharing special memories, contributing donations in memoriam to “Avondale United Church” or to a charity of your choice on Jean’s tribute page at www.verhoevefuneralhomes.com or by contacting the Maurice J.
