Moses Sutherland, Sallyann of Lockeport, NS passed away peacefully at Yarmouth Regional Hospital on July 7th, 2021. Born June 23rd, 1940 in Toronto, Ontario she was a daughter of the late Helen and Cecil Moses. She is survived by her children, Chris, David, Michael and Sarah; grandchildren Nicholas, Bella and Grace; great grandsons Christian and Dalton; and her extended Ontario family, cousin Jimmy O’Brien, nieces & nephews John, Jimmy, Josephine, Jeff and Jane.
Sally’s joys were the ocean, seagulls, summers at the cottage with family, antiques, driftwood and music. Our mother was whimsical, kind and beautiful, she chose to live her life in a way that was perfectly and uniquely her own. She was gifted with the ability to see beauty in all things and the best in everyone. Her last wishes for her children were to be kind to each other and kind to others. In lieu of flowers please do an act of kindness for someone – she would love that. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Sweeny’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth.
