David Noreen 2021

It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of Noreen David on June 9, 2021, the day before her 86th birthday.
She will be dearly missed by her surviving sisters Marion (Hunter) and Florence (Crosby), and by her large extended family. Auntie Noreen was a favourite aunt and great-aunt, holding a treasured place in the hearts of each of her many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Bert and Helen David as well as her siblings Laura (Patterson), Edward, Frank, Audrey, George, Muriel (Conliffe), Trevor and Claire (Hobbs).
Born in Cowansville, Quebec, Noreen left the family farm to make her career as a nurse. Working at the Catherine Booth Hospital for many years, Noreen was a cherished friend to many in the nursing community, the Montreal West Travel Club, and throughout the Montreal, Quebec neighbourhood of NDG where she made her home. A lover of the beach and crossword puzzles, Noreen had a sharp mind and a kind and generous heart. She will be warmly remembered as a gentle lady with an admirable, joyful, and loving personality, who lived her life caring for others.
