John’s Obituary
John passed away suddenly, at his home in Paris, Ontario, on Friday June 11, 2021. He was 49 years of age. Son of Alexander Barclay Sr. and the late June Barclay (nee. McMullen). Forever loved father of Jonathan, Cora, Kaylan and Christopher. Dear friend of Donna. Cherished brother of Alexander ‘Alistair’ Barclay Jr. (Amanda) and Elizabeth Warnock. Loving uncle to Sarah (Drew), Leah (Jorrin) and Thomas. John will be dearly missed by his extended family and many dear friends. John was a machinist by trade and last worked for Andritz Hydro Inc. in Paris. He was a Barfly and loved spending time at the local Pub where he always had a joke or a funny story to keep the evening lively! He enjoyed time spent at the family camp up North. He loved to zip around on his ATV or Mountain Bike.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to the DWAYNE D. BUDGELL Funeral Home Ltd. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and subsequent restrictions on gathering, a time and place for a Celebration of Life will be announced when we are permitted to do so.
