At home with his family on Monday, June 7, 2021 of Brooks
“Buff” Claybourne of Charlottetown age 75
years.
Beloved husband of Nancy (Larter) Claybourne. Dear father of
Elizabeth “Liz” Claybourne (Glen Wincey), Alison Claybourne
and Colin Claybourne. Loving and proud Grampie of Kendra Bowers
(Brandon), Jocelyn Claybourne (Alyssa) and Brooks Claybourne. Son of
the late Tom and Margaret (Quinn) Claybourne. Brother of Maxine
Claybourne, Donnie Claybourne (Marie Brazil) both deceased, Sandra
(George) Bleile, Marie Claybourne deceased, Beverley MacIntyre,
Jean-nee Bradley (Jimmy deceased), Glen (Sharon) Claybourne, Phillip
(Donna) Claybourne and brother-in-law of Alan MacRae. Brooks is also
fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and cousins. He is also
predeceased by father and mother-in-law Lem and Sue Larter, in-laws
Betty (Freddy) MacLean, Shirley MacRae and Jimmy Larter
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral
Home. Due to current restrictions a funeral service (by invitation
only) will be held in the funeral home chapel and will be available
for viewing via live stream on Saturday, June 12th at 10:30 a.m.
Interment in Portage Cemetery, Brackley Beach.
If so desired memorial contributions may be made to the
Portage Cemetery Fund. On-line condolences may be made at
