Obituary of Paul Lantaigne
C’est avec grande tristesse que nous annonçons le décès de notre père, Paul Lantaigne, le 28 mai 2021. Paul était le fondateur et propriétaire de Paul’s Building Contrator, Ltd. pendant plus de 35 ans jusqu’à sa retraite en 2015. Il a travaillé fort toute sa vie et peut maintenant avoir le repos qu’il a tant mérité.
Paul va être manqué par son épouse de 51 ans Estelle (Labonté), ses filles Suzanne (Stéphane Gauthier), Julie (Mousa Vakily) et surtout ses petits-enfants Teanna, Austen, Rex et Jayden qui adoraient énormément leur Pépère.
Il laisse dans le deuil ses frères Alphonse (Laurence) et Antoine (Yvette), et ses sœurs Thérèse, Cécile, Marie (Grégoire), et Rose (Bruno) ainsi que ses belles-sœurs Nicole (Roland), Yvette, et plusieurs nièces et neveux.
Paul fût prédécédé par ses parents Existe et Antoinette, ses frères Philippe, Alphonse (enfant), Jean, Hector et sa sœur Jeanne.
Merci à Dr. Currie, Dr. Barron et tout le personnel à l’hôpital Temiskaming et Health Sciences North pour leur soin exceptionnel. Nous apprécions l’attention que vous avez donné à notre père pendant son séjour.
En raison des restrictions de COVID-19, une cérémonie sera organisée plus tard en l’honneur de notre Dad.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our dear father, Paul Lantaigne, on May 28th, 2021. Paul was the founder and owner of Paul’s Building Contractor, Ltd. for over 35 years until he retired in 2015. He was a hard worker throughout his life and is now able to have the rest he so very much deserves.
Paul will be missed by his beloved wife of 51 years Estelle (Labonté), his daughters Suzanne (Stéphane Gauthier), Julie (Mousa Vakily), and especially his grandchildren Teanna, Austen, Rex, and Jayden, who loved their Pépère dearly.
Paul will be grieved by his siblings Thérèse, Cécile, Marie (Grégoire), Alphonse (Laurence), Rose (Bruno), Antoine (Yvette), his sister-in-law Nicole (Roland), Yvette, and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents Existe and Antoinette, brothers Philippe, Alphonse (infant), Jean, Hector, and sister Jeanne.
Thank you to Dr. Currie, Dr. Barron, and all the staff at the Temiskaming and Health Sciences North Hospitals for their exceptional care. We appreciate the attention you gave our father during his stay.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a ceremony will be held at a later date in honour of our Dad.
