Bonnie Marceline (Sawler) (Hooper) Murray
1931-2021
Bonnie, wife of the late Horace Hooper and Orlo Murray passed
away peacefully at Lincourt Manor in St. Stephen, N.B. on June 4,
2021. She was born to D. Allison and Ina Sawler in New Albany, N.S. on
August 21, 1931.
She was a devoted and much loved mother to Beverly (Paul)
Ingram, Horace (Rosslyn) Hooper and Daniel Hooper (deceased). She
adored her grandchildren Keri (Mark) Campbell, Shelly (Wade) Thompson,
Stacy (Gregg) Butler, Lindsay (Jim) Thompson, Andrew (Shauna) Hooper
and Jonathan (Tasha) Hooper and all the great grandchildren Tanner,
Lachlan, Kelly, Owen, Erin, Emma, Brooke, Scott, Shane, Max, Madison,
Macey and Raya.
Bonnie was predeceased by her two husbands, her parents, her
siblings and step siblings. She also leaves to mourn her two sisters
in law, Shirley and Leola, as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews
and her step children.
Bonnie was a hard working woman who overcame many obstacles
in her life but always remained kind, cheerful and optimistic. She
loved the simple things in life; camping, gardening, country music and
her beloved Baptist Church.
Thank you to the wonderful staff at Lincourt Manor for the
kindness and care; also to the Extra Mural Nurses and Home Care
Workers who allowed mom to stay in her home as long as
possible.
