Passed peacefully away at home on June 1, 2021, Kevin Dwight Thornhill age 74 years. Predeceased by his mom and dad Olive (House) and William Wentzell, also by his adopted mom and dad Helen (Bennett) and Philip Thornhill; his nephew Dylan Wentzell; sisters Lewina (Philip) Pack, Rita (Riley) House; brother Cyril (Bride) Thornhill and Frank (Aggie) Bennett and niece Margaret House. Also by his father – in – law Leslie House; sister – in – law Madonna and brother – in – law Wade.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife of 48 years Marilyn and his children Robin (Peggy), Jennifer and Drew (Sharon); grandchildren Lesley, Robert and Cassie; great grandchildren Hazel, Mason, Katrina and Caleb; mother – in – law Mildred House; sister Ada (Keith) and brother Ralph. His sisters and brothers – in – law Alvin (Sheila), Rod (Ula), Leslie (Frazer) Casey (Eileen), Kent (Janet), Leah (Fritz), Trudi (Dean) and Shane (Sue – Ann) and a large circle of family, friends, nieces and nephews.
As per Kevin’s wishes, he has been cremated and a service will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kevin’s memory to the Canadian Cancer Society.
