Patricia Ann Baillie Wednesday May 19th 2021

Baillie, Patricia Ann
Patricia Baillie, known as “Trish” passed away on May 19, 2021 at the age of 70 years.
A native of the Thunder Bay area, Trish grew up horseback riding and shared that passion with
her family throughout her life. She was a nurse at St Joseph’s care group and Dawson Court
before retiring in 2008. Trish moved to Atikokan after retirement where she found community
connections at the Royal Canadian Legion Br 145 and the Church of the Good Shepherd. She
also found great joy in the community garden and shared her love for gardening with her family
and friends.
Trish will be lovingly remembered by her brothers Greg(Susan), and Douglas; her former
spouse and lifelong friend, William (Bill) Richardson; her children Adam(Amy), Laura(Tyson),
Kerri(James) and Leah(Mike). She will also be fondly remembered and sadly missed by her 7
grandchildren Will, Aroura, Devin, Colson, McKenna, Erick and Ian.
She is predeceased by her brother, Bobby Baillie.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Atikokan General Hospital for their wonderful care
and compassion.
A celebration of life and internment will be held at a later date at Mountain View cemetery in
Thunder Bay. Arrangements have been entrusted to Simpler Times Cremation Centre, 332 North May Street, Thunder Bay.
