Yvonne M. Cavanaugh
1922-2020
Yvonne M. Cavanaugh, wife of the late Cyril C. Cavanaugh,
passed away at Lincourt Manor, St Stephen, NB. on Monday, January 13,
2020.
Born in Douglastown, NB., daughter of the late Joseph Norbert
and Bella Marie Robichaud.
Yvonne is survived by her children: Eugene Cavanaugh (Deanna)
of Fredericton, NB., Mary Anne Suttie of St George, NB., Richard
Cavanaugh of St. Stephen, NB., Esmond Cavanaugh (Gail) of Chipman,
NB., Margaret “Peggy” Barrio of McAdam, NB., Lorene Crilley
(Peter) of Saint John, NB., Robert Cavanaugh (Patricia) of Moncton,
NB., Pearl McGregor (Ronald) of St. Stephen, NB., Sherman Cavanaugh
(Mary-Rose) of Yellowknife, NWT., twenty-six grandchildren, forty
great-grandchildren, twenty-one great-great children, one
great-great-great-grandchild, several nieces and
nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, Yvonne was
predeceased by her son, James, daughter, Dianne Lutes, three
grandchildren: Matthew Scott, Roger McLaughlin and Jasmine Cavanaugh,
one great-granddaughter, Elizabeth Perkins, siblings: Aimie, Gerald,
Laurie, Leoda, Lisa, Florida, Rita, Joseph and Eva.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St.
Stephen’s Catholic Church, Milltown Blvd., St. Stephen, NB.,
on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at 10 AM. Visiting hours will be held at
The S. O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home Ltd., 23 Main Street, St.
Stephen, NB on Friday, January 17, 2020 from 2-4 and 6-8
PM.
For those who wish, donations in memory of Yvonne may be made
to Lincourt Manor, IWK or a charity of one’s choice.
