Winston Montgomery Holloway October 12 1943 to October 9 2020

Passed peacefully away after a courageous battle with cancer on Friday, October 9, 2020, at the Palliative Care Unit, L. A. Miller Centre, Winston Holloway, age 76 years. Predeceased by his wife Alice, parents Edward and Nora, sisters Ada and Christine, brothers-in-law Philip Foley, Jack Duff, Edward Dodd and Cliff Mullett. Leaving to mourn his loving children Allison Pearcey (Steven), Valerie McNeil (John), Kimberly Vere-Holloway and Winston Vere-Holloway (Krista); grandchildren Troy Pearcey (Allison Dawe), Kara and Ashley McNeil, Winston (Emilee) and Brittany Vere-Holloway and Lucus Holloway; one great grandson Henry Langford; sisters Mary Kirby (Ed), Pearl Foley, Ruby Dodd and Judy Vere-Holloway; brothers Nelson Vere-Holloway (Bernice) and Gary Vere-Holloway (Lucinda); other nieces, nephews and large circle of friends. Special thank you to nurse Laurie Metcalfe for the care she showed our “Dad”. Also to the doctors at the Cancer Clinic and to the nurses and staff at the Palliative Care Unit for their care and support.
Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation or funeral service.
In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation.
