Obituary of William Fahey
With sadness the family of Will Fahey announces his passing on May 30, 2020 at his home in Cranbrook, B.C.
Will was born in Saskatchewan, and at a young age moved to Red Deer, Alberta with his family. Red Deer is where, in later years Will met his wife Pat. They moved to B.C., eventually settling in Cranbrook. Will lost Pat in 2014, after spending nearly 50 years together.
Will was a long-time business owner in Cranbrook. He was involved in both the Datsun and Nissan dealerships and was a partner in Gold Creek Homes. He loved cars and going to car shows. He and Pat enjoyed a yearly car show in Sandpoint, Idaho, a place him and Pat both loved.
Will enjoyed the area around Cranbrook, and spending time outdoors with his family.
He is survived by his daughter Susan, son Lorne and grandson Patrick. He also leaves his sister Rose, sister-in-law Sheila and their children.
A private memorial will be held at a later date.
Arrangements entrusted to McPherson Funeral Services.
