Obituary of William Logan Queripel
QUERIPEL, William “Bill” – age 80 of Shortts Lake passed away December 12, 2020 after a long battle with COPD. Born in MacPhee’s Corner in 1940, Bill was a son of the late Sidney and Marjorie (Logan) Queripel.
Bill was a dedicated worker who provided well for his family, taking great pride in all of his jobs. Bill loved to travel, garden, support local sports teams and the communities he called home. He loved his family and had a special place in his heart for his four-legged friends, especially his best friend, Jack.
Bill is survived by his wife, Judy; children, Shanda (Donnie) Cameron, Deanna, Sheldon; siblings, Malcolm (Christine), Rodney; grandchildren, Kurt, Kaleigh, Ginny (Shann), Abby (Patrick); great grand children, Will and Cooper; many extended family members.
Besides his parents, Bill was predeceased by sister, Sylvia and brother, Sidney Jr.
Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Ettinger Funeral Home, Shubenacadie.
No service will take place as per Bill’s request.
Donations in Bill’s memory can be made to The Lung Association or an animal rescue of your choice.
