Obituary of William Angus Brooks
Brooks, William Angus, (Bill) – On Monday, May 4th ,2020, William Angus Brooks went to join his wife Pamela Joyce, and family in the company of Jesus. William was born in Malahide Twp., Elgin County, Ontario on Feb. 17, 1931 the son of Roland Angus and Lottie Ellen Brooks.
William (Bill) was a hard-working man who would always help and support those around him. He was honest with his opinions and true with his heart. He was a good man that left a lasting impression on those that knew him. He loved to spend time advising the young people in his life. He was a good mentor to the boys and a protector to the girls. While not highly formally educated he was a student of the world and a sage of life experience whom many appreciated.
He was brother to Margaret Miller (predeceased), Charles Brooks, Thomas Brooks (predeceased), Joan Gibson (predeceased), Maryjane Little, Dorothy Wilson, Jerry Brooks, Catharine Brooks (predeceased), and Linda Irwin. Brother In Law to Edwin Pulham (predeceased), Dorothy Baker (predeceased), Frederick Pulham, Clarence Pulham, and Veronica Stark. Loving uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by son William and daughter in law Jennifer and grandchildren Stephanie Hart, Sean Brooks, Scott Brooks and Shannon McDonald.
Cremation has taken place and there will be a Remembrance gathering to be held at a time to be announced later. Cards and letters can be sent to 7047 Warden Ave. Niagara Falls, Ontario, L2G 5P6.
