Obituary for William Raymond Ross
The family sadly announces the passing of Bill Ross at the age of 88. He is survived by his loving wife Norma (née Dodman) of 67 years, his daughter Susan (Rob), sons Bobby (Carole), and Brian, and his grandson Shawn. Bill lived life to the fullest and lead an adventurous life. CPO1st Class, retired after serving 37 years at HMCS Star. He was the former owner of Ross Sheet Metal in Hamilton doing business for many years. He will be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his sisters Shirley Lane, and Bernice Dodman, and his brother Bob Ross. Cremation has taken place. There will be a celebration of life at a later date. Bill always made the best of things, even when times were at their worst.
