Obituary
KELLY, WILLIAM – It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of William Lee Kelly, age 69 of Sarnia on Sunday, March 8, 2020. He was the loving husband of the late Joyce Hazzard (2019) and dear son of Shirley Kelly and the late William Kelly (2009) and the cherished brother of Debbie Jamieson (Bill) and Dianne Jackson (late Sheldon -2015). He is also survived by nieces and nephews Jeremy (Bel), Dusty (Alex), Tarin (Shawn), Naomi, Julie (Scott), great nieces and nephews; Xavier, Faith, Addison, Kellan, Will and Reed. Bill was a retired Process Operator with Shell Canada, a past member of the Kiwanis and an avid fan of the Sarnia Sting. As per Bill’s wishes, a private family service will be held. Charitable donations made in memory of Bill to the Mike Weir Foundation or the Sarnia Humane Society would be appreciated. Arrangements are entrusted to the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (102 N. Victoria St, Sarnia, ON, N7T 5W9). Memories and messages of condolence may be sent through www.djrobb.on.ca

  1. I was truly saddened to hear of Bill’s passing he was a true gentleman who will be missed by his many friends and family. Bill gave generously of his time as he served on the union executive for many years it was my privilege to serve with Bill . Thank you Billy for your time and commitment , and the fun.
