WILLIAM EDWARD BRINDLEY
April 27, 1952 – September 25, 2020
After a long and courageous battle with illness, William Edward Brindley passed away at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on Friday, September 25, 2020 at the age of 68 years. Proud and loving father of William Brindley Jr. (Jen Cadman) of Tillsonburg and Trevor Herron (Ashley) of Thamesford. Cherished grandfather of Brady, Bailey, Piper, Harper Herron, Brittany Brindley and Ryan Marques. Dear brother of Marion Schwitzer (Donald Dodson), Robert Brindley (Diane), Margaret Horvath (James), Doris Brindley, Gordon Brindley (Monica), Richard Brindley, Fran Brindley and brother-in-law of Arnold Robbins. William is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his parents Everett and Marie Brindley and his sister Audrey Robbins. In keeping with William’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation may be made by contacting Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) who have been entrusted by the Brindley family.
