William Danyluk 2020

On October 26, 2020 William Mitchell Danyluk of Edmonton passed away peacefully at the age of 90 years.
He will be missed and lovingly remembered by his children, Elizabeth and Bill Jr., and their families; his siblings: Peter, George, Joe, Connie, Nellie and their families. He was predeceased by his sister, Nellie.
William was known for being generous, for having a strong work ethic and a penchant for face to face interaction. He was willing and able to change; adapt and thrive in virtually any situation he was presented with. He would often say how lucky he was.
Throughout his 43 year career as a landscaper he worked with large and small companies and individuals and their families. Bill Danyluk’s Lawn & Garden Service opened in 1965 with one rototiller and grew to a company that was able to provide a full range of landscaping services. The success was due in large part to William’s strong work ethic.
A Private Family Viewing will be held from 2:00-3:00pm on Saturday November 21, 2020 at Connelly-McKinley St. Albert Funeral Home, 9 Muir Drive, St. Albert, Alberta.
A Private Family Funeral Service will follow at 3:00pm. The service will stream live for anyone who wishes to join in from the comfort of their own space and will also be recorded for those not available to be present on that date and time.
The family wishes to send a special thank you to the staff at the Venta Care Centre in Edmonton. We appreciate your tireless effort in preventing the spread of COVID and for getting to know and appreciating who William was in this season of his life. He often laughed with you and was grateful for your care, consideration and respect for human dignity and life.
