William Edgar “Bill” Lingard passed away peacefully at Norview Lodge, Simcoe on Friday, April 10, 2020. Bill was in his 73rd year. Son of the late Ernest and Priscilla Lingard. Survived by his loving brother Colin (Joy). He was cherished uncle to Sharon (Steve) and Jason (Carrie). A graveside service will be held at Walsh United Cemetery.
