Obituary For Wesley Frank Pielak
Wesley Frank Pielak, 57, of Grande Prairie, AB, passed away suddenly on December 19, 2020 after suffering a massive heart attack. His loss was completely unexpected. His family is shocked and deeply saddened.
Wes was born March 27, 1963 to Frank and Marie Pielak in Gander, Newfoundland. Wes’s memory will forever be cherished by his father (Frank) and mother (Marie Jan. 9, 2019), sons Trevor (Melody), Kevin (Megan), and daughter Natasha, sisters Laurie (John), and Cathy (Randy), brothers Clayton (Delma), Mark (Anne Marie), and Rod (Elaine), grandchildren Noah, Madison and Ashlynn, as well as many cousins, aunts, nieces and nephews, and most importantly Tammy Wilson his loving partner. They were inseparable.
Wes attended school in Inuvik, NT. He was passionate about hockey, broomball, fastball, and the great outdoors. He moved to Grande Prairie where he became a lifelong Truck Driver, doing whatever it took to support his family.
To all who knew him, his laugh and love for life was contagious and will remain forever in our hearts.
