Obituary of Wayne Wright
Wright, Gordon “Wayne” of Woodstock, formerly of Aylmer, passed away at his residence on Monday, July 13, 2020 in his 71st year. Loving brother of Elaine Chowen(Richard), Richard(Loretta Vaughan), Brenda Dance(Charlie) and Brad(Kelly). He will be missed by his nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Predeceased by his sister Vicky. Born in Brantford, Ontario on December 10, 1949, son of the late Gordon and Barbara(Walker) Wright. Wayne was the proprietor of Bennett Signs for many years. He was a member of the Navy Club in Woodstock and a big supporter of the Aylmer Spitfires. Cremation has taken place. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, friends are encouraged to contact the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer (519-773-8400) for more information about visitation, which is set for Friday (a mask is required). A private family funeral service will be held at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Friday, July 17, 2020. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held at a later date in Woodstock.
