It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Wallace William Park on Thursday, August 6, 2020 at Western Long-Term Care in his 77th year. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 54 years, Georgina, children: Robbie Park (Angela), Susan Kendell (Mike), grandchildren: Wendy (Gavin), Melanie (Tyrone), Jonathan, Megan, Stephen, Sarah; great grandchildren: Sofie & Owen, his furry companion Missy; sister Winnie Miller; brother Roy Park (Elaine);mother -in-law Elizabeth Pennell; sisters-in-law: Lavenia Park, Hazel Sheppard (George), Patsy Wheeler, Rodney Pennell (Linda) and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. He was predeceased by parents Gilbert & Susannah Park, Alexander & Marjorie Park; siblings: Elizabeth, Dorrice, Gordon; sister Mary Childs (Harold), brother Gilbert (Roy) Park; father-in-law Ralph Pennell, brother-in-law Frank Wheeler. Special thanks to the Palliative Care Doctors and Guardian Angels for your excellent care and kindness as well many thanks to Rev. Effie Organ & Rev. David Russell, your visits meant so much to us. Due to Covid-19 Government regulations a private funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 9, 2020 at St. James Anglican Church, Lark Harbour with Reverend Effie Organ officiating, followed by the interment at the Church Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or memorial donations may be made to St. James Anglican Church.
