Wallace Keith Anthony
October 5, 1945 – September 4, 2020
Wallace Keith Anthony, formerly of Kennetcook, Nova Scotia, husband of the late June (Singer) Anthony, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 4, 2020 at the Carleton Manor in Woodstock, New Brunswick. Born at Halifax, he was a son of the late Marsden and Frances (O’Brien) Anthony.
Wally began his working days at 12 years of age, when he learned to drive a dump truck. He was an entrepreneur at heart, owning and operating several businesses during his lifetime, including a 24 hour service station and towing business, an ambulance service, and finally a silviculture business. He moved to Woodstock after his beloved June died in 2017, so he could be closer to his daughter and her family. Wally will also be remembered for his great sense of humour, with that unique ability to make almost everyone laugh. Even though our sorrow and sense of loss are great, we do not sorrow without hope. We take comfort that he is at home with his Saviour.
Wally is survived by a son, Greg Anthony of Lantz, Nova Scotia; a daughter, Jennifer Woodcock (Craig) of Woodstock; grandchildren Carman Anthony of Truro, and Brandon and Alyssa Woodcock of Woodstock; siblings Madeline MacInnis of Shubenacadie, Marsden “Junior” Anthony of Kennetcook, Maurice Anthony (Lynn) of West Gore, and Juanita Allanach of Moncton; and several nieces and nephews.
A private family graveside service was held. Interment will be in the Noel Cemetery, Noel, NS. For those who wish, remembrances to the Alzheimer Society or the Noel Cemetery would be appreciated by the family.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Wallace Keith Anthony October 5 1945 September 4 2020..
