Obituary
It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Vincent “Hoss” Neil Fletcher which occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Tuesday, November 17th, 2020. Born 1940, in Tracey, NB, he was the son of the late Neil and Lois (Lord) Fletcher. Vincent worked as a Truck Driver with Armour Transport for 30 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, curling and snowmobiling. Vincent was an avid PC Party supporter and he enjoyed spending time at Deluxe with “The Liar’s Club”.
Along with his parents, Vincent was predeceased by his loving wife Vicky and brothers Wayne and Eric. He is survived by his brother Alton Fletcher of Riverview, NB; special friend Dot Phillips of Carter’s Point, NB; as well as 4 nieces, 1 nephew and many friends.
Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) with visitation taking place on Thursday, November 19th from 2 to 8 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held from the Fundy Funeral Home chapel on Friday, November 20th at 11 a.m. followed by an interment at Ocean View Memorial Gardens. Donations in memory of Vincent may be made to the Diabetes Association, Christ the King Anglican Church or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
