1921-2020
Peacefully at the Honoré-Mercier hospital in St-Hyacinthe on January 6, 2020 passed away treasured husband of 71 years to Elaine Snair, devoted father of daughters, Trudy Wales, Donna and Nancy Paterson (Allison) and dearly loved grandfather of Christopher and Scott. He leaves many nieces and nephews.
Victor enlisted in the Royal Canadian Artillery in July 1942 and served in France and Northwestern Europe until his discharge in February 1946.
He then joined the engineering department of the steel company of Canada (Stelco) where he worked for 35 years.
Private funeral will be held in the Last Post National Field of Honour, Point-Claire, Quebec at a later date.
