d’Eon Vicki Alice – age 64 of Deerfield, Yarmouth Co., N.S. passed away unexpectedly on January 25,2020 at her home in Deerfield. Born in Annapolis Royal on February 19,1955 she was a daughter to the late Bernard Pulsifer and Mildred McLaurin. Vicki was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and aunt who loved her friends and family dearly. She worked for Shaid in Bridgewater before moving to Yarmouth and working another 7 years at the Yarmouth Library. She was a lover of all thing’s music. She was known to go above and beyond when helping others, it didn’t mater who you were she would be there to lend a hand with whatever was needed. Vicki was also a devoted member of the Pleasant Valley Baptist Church. She is survived by her common law partner, Chester Walker; sons, Kris, Daniel and Nick Cheeseman; sister, Brenda (Ken) Comeau; grandchildren, Joshua, Chase, Phoenix, Serenity, Justice; great grandchildren, Dennace and Theo. Funeral arrangements been entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. A celebration of Vicki’s life will be held Monday February 3, 2020 at
2pm from Sweeny’s Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jonathan Cann officiating. Interment will take place in the spring in Woodlawn Cemetery in Annapolis Royal. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory may be made to Shaid in Bridgewater or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
