Hollis, Vernon Harvey – 85, Port Howe, passed away Dec. 5, 2020, at the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre, Amherst. He was a son of the late Johnson and Priscilla Hollis and was the youngest of eleven children. He lived his entire life on the Hollis homestead. He was predeceased by brothers, Clair Cameron, Ross Cameron (Hilda), Ivan in infancy, Allison Cameron (Sylvia), Ivan Hollis (Gertie); sisters, Ina Cameron (Ernie), Irene Field (Lawrence), Florence Cameron (Hugh), Elsie Cameron (Bill). He is survived by his sister, Beatrice Bird-Mitchell (Bill), East Amherst and many nieces and nephews .A private graveside service will be held in the Port Howe Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Mundle’s Funeral Home, 204 Water St., Pugwash.
