Passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday May 15th, 2020 at The Village of Tansley Woods in Burlington, ON in her 103rdyear. Velma is reunited with her late husband Victor R. McKever (1970). Dearly loved mother of; Betty McKever of Orillia ON, Lynn Bobyk (John) of Burlington ON, Allan McKever of Waterloo ON, and Dawn Lukasik (Mike) of St. Thomas ON. Cherished grandmother of Arlene, Marilyn, Cheryl, Duane, Deanne, Roseanne and Robert. Great-grandmother to Seth, Sarah, Clayton, Gina, Kayla, Joshua, Kylie, Emilia, Clara and Emmett. Great-great grandmother to Ethan, Jake, Madison, Halen, and Lincoln. Predeceased by her sister Muriel and brother Harold. Velma was born on December 20th1917 in Rutherglen, ON. Daughter of William J. Davidson, and Maud M. McCullough who were from early pioneer families in Ontario and Quebec. In 1974, Velma moved to Burlington to be closer to her family. Interment in Callander Union Cemetery.
