Sadly, I wish to announce the death of my brother, Thomas Charles Obach (Tommie) in Sudbury, Ontario.
A church service for Tommie’s funeral was held September 29, 2020 in Sudbury.
Tommie wanted to be buried by his father. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 11:00am at the Malonton Catholic cemetery.
Tommie was predeceased by his father and mother and son Chris. Tommie leaves his wife Diane, son Greg, grandchildren Nicholas and Caroline and his sister Elsie Shymanski and family.
It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the family announces the passing of Tom Obach on Tuesday, September 22nd, 2020 at the age of 83. Beloved husband of Diane (Simard) Obach and loving father of Greg and Chris (predeceased). Grandfather of Nickolaus Obach and Caroline Obach. Brother of Elsie Shymanski (Bill predeceased). Special brother in law of Rollande Robillard (Maurice predeceased), Yollande Belisle (Maurice predeceased), Roger Simard (Lois), Denise Girard (Kit predeceased), Jean-Jacques Simard (Monique), Muriel Nemeth (Louis), Odette Grenier (Don), Pierrette Martin, Henri-Paul Simard (Louise), Marc Simard (Colette), Monique Fredette, Lise Renaud (Leo), and Pierre Simard (Denise). Sadly missed by loving nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Northern Cancer Foundation would be appreciated. Funeral Service in the R.J. Barnard Chapel, Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home, 233 Larch Street, Sudbury, Tuesday, September 29th, 2020 at 3pm.
